Each delegate MUST first register via the link below on the Miss America website. A membership fee of $39.99 must be paid yearly in order to be eligible to compete for a local for both Teen and Miss.
Additionally, delegates will pay a $100 entry fee to compete via cash or check. Please make checks payable to the Miss Blackhawk Valley Scholarship Program
